Arms of Hope had an out-dated site relying on an open source CMS (Joomla).  We provided them with a new, feature-rich site with content management provided by SiteBlox.  Their new site is beautifully designed, offers commerce activities such as donations and event registrations via PayPal Pro.  The Arms of Hope team has full control of their content via SiteBlox - they can blog, they can update imagery, they can link images from Flickr, they can link videos from YouTube, they can add new text and linked files, they can publish events and news.  All form submissions - newsletter signup, Contact Us, event registrations, donations - are maintained in the SiteBlox system.  The data for these form submissions is available as a PDF or Excel export.  Email notifications of form submissions and commerce activity are sent to the Arms of Hope staff.  Google Analytics has been integrated into the Arms of Hope site so that the Arms of Hope team can view detailed analytics for their site without any additional cost.

SiteBlox does use a site analytics service that allows us to monitor how people are using our site. While this analytics software does track the IP address of a user, it does not associate that IP address with any other data on the site. We use this software purely to see where users of the site are coming from and to monitor site usage at various times of the day. All of this is so that we may provide enhanced services in the future.
