Argo Group is a global $1B public insurance company headquartered in Bermuda.  Argo had an outdated site that lacked cohesive branding.  Argo needed to incorporate rich media, system integrations, and content management.

SiteBlox is their solution. Argo’s new site is beautifully designed, offers video integration, and includes animation implemented using non-flash tools to ensure mobile browser compatibility.  Argo’s global marketing team uses SiteBlox daily to maintain their site content of over 500 pages that includes complex content models of insurance products. Data is automatically brought into the website including a stock price update via Thomson Reuters, a SOAP based integration to import insurance agent data and locations, and an integration to an internal system to import careers/jobs information.  Claim forms have been implemented to support online insurance claims submission. Full text site search is included.  Google Analytics has been integrated for complete site analytics reporting.

SiteBlox does use a site analytics service that allows us to monitor how people are using our site. While this analytics software does track the IP address of a user, it does not associate that IP address with any other data on the site. We use this software purely to see where users of the site are coming from and to monitor site usage at various times of the day. All of this is so that we may provide enhanced services in the future.
